Both the Employer and the Employee can contribute funds to this account to pay for a number of medically related expenses including the premiums of other providers such as sunlife, manu-life, blue cross, as well as travel related expenses for medical treatment.

Your PHSP account is completely confidential you can be assured any treatment, medications .. will not be disclosed to your employer or anyone else. (with the exception of a review from the CRA) If you need to make any changes to your account including change of address or banking information please call our office at 780-542-5050 prior to submitting your claim.
Scan or take a clear photo of the receipts you are requested reimbursement of. Complete the form & upload your receipts. Your claim will be processed and direct deposit funds to your bank account, an email will be sent to you with details of the transaction.
